Hi .. I thought I had a 1.05 " king pin on my drum brakes 69 250 CS I found out after buying a completely rebuilt set of dual piston disc brakes for a conversion off a 73 F250 that I had 7/8 . The disc I bought had the 1.05 " king pin I took the drum off and the rotor off both and it looked like the spindles are different my 7/8 looks smaller than the 73 250 , I know I can still use the parts from the disc brakes but not the spindle I was hoping all the disc would fit on my drum spindle any suggestions?
I would need to find a pre 70 truck with disc or I would need to change the beams , drag link pitman arm etc to use the newer 73 style ...

With out swapping the I beams, my only thought would be to put a oversize bushing in the spindles, then have the center of the bushings turned to match the 7/8 dia of the pin that works in your I beam.
Might be easier, and more cost effective to grab those '73 I beams, (if you can get them) and just swap everything over.
I know it was common place to swap everything on the F-100's just because of this reason.
