Several places sell complete kits or M/C + booster assemblies
Summit has these

and these

Your local parts store probably carries the master cylinder although the booster may not be available.

Re: Need brake booster/Master Cylinder cannot find one
Rock Auto lists several. The booster doesn't care if you have front drum or disc but if you get a combo M/C and booster you may end up with the wrong master. I have found that if you look forward or back a few years on Rock Auto that you will find more options that fit. Be careful with master cylinders. I have found several that claim to be disc/drum that are 1-1/4" that do not work. From what I have found, you need a 1" M/C for the disc/drum combo. Look at 78's for example at Rock. I'll have to look but I may have a virtually new booster in my garage. I'll post again a little later today.

The unit I have was purchased for my 1970 F-250. It is a single diaphragm. I bought a dual-diaphragm because it still wouldn't stop and that's when I figured out the M/C piston was too big. The single would probably have worked.

Autozone shows that it will fit a 72. It is yours for the cost of shipping if interested - send me a message.
Are you converting from manual? Are you going drum/drum or disc/drum. The brake distribution block and pressure differential switch and front-brake hold-off may/will differ depending on what you are trying to do.

Hi, I realize this thread is a little old but I was wondering how your installation went. Did the parts work sufficiently. If so could you share what parts you purchased.

Re: Need brake booster/Master Cylinder cannot find one
I have not had to deal with this yet, as my truck came from the factory with power disc brakes, and my booster is still working good, but here is someone that bought their booster from CJ Pony parts. He has a 1971 F100, he shows how he installed the booster, and says he is happy with the product from them.
