54 f100 crown vic swap
Yes I know there are a bunch of posts but I am looking for some detailed advice on what I need to do to make this go right, I have heard you need to narrow it if so can anyone help me understand why and what I need to do to make it correct also what is the drop and is this a good idea or should this be spaced up a bit any help would be very much appreciated

A 2003-2012 CV subframe retrofit would be too wide for a '54.. unless that's the look at you're after. A '54 is about the size of modern era mini pickup like the S10 or small Ranger. In fact, here is a company that may be of interest: http://www.e-zchassisswaps.com/index.php
