FARM AND RANCH SPECIAL

I found this today on C.L., I'm sure you guys here probably know about this model but it was new to me, the "Farm and Ranch Special", anyone know the story behind this option?

Hi,

The Farm and ranch option included:
-Rear step bumper
-Dual bright "Western mirror"
-"Farm&Ranch" insigna
-A 9" inch wood cargo board on front and sides of cargo box (never seen one still on a truck)

Except the cargo board this truck has everything of the farm&ranch option

It appears to be a decent truck, but I'm skeptical he'll get $4200 for it.
