Here's my 64 custom cab 289 c4, been in the family since 67. Originally a small 6banger. The old farm truck first restored in 97. The reason why I love classics.

Craigerf100 thanks for the comment. I haven't done a project thread. The motor started life as a 90 model 4.9 EFI engine, besides advancing the cam timing 4 degrees and HV oil pump the inside is stock. It is going to run a Duraspark and carb from a 75. It will also have a beefed up AOD behind it. My main goal is MPG.

Wow! There is some nice work there on the bed!! I really like the shaved tailgate latch and the inside handle that you came up with for opening it!!

Not really my swb, but CNM67's which I have been involved with from the beginning. We might as well share trucks as we both have done all the work on both. That is the reason for the combined build thread.

Anyway, here is the before and after pics from LWB to SWB:
