Up front I'm running 20x8.5 with 5.25" backspacing, mustang wheels should fit ok, just depends on the size and look you are after. I lowered mine a little more by cutting the coils, the lower you go the less clearance you'll have. I also rolled my fenders.

I love your Truck! Mine will have a very similar stance when I am done, but I'm going Hot Rod Flatz silver with a red interior.
How is the rear lowered?

OP Torque Thrust M will look really good on yours but I would do 20's all around. just my :2cents:

Rear is lowered via axle flip.

It all depends on the look you want. Older vehicle look is more sidewall which you can get with smaller wheels. I am hoping to be able to use 16" when finished with more sidewall giving more of a street rod look. Fills the wheel well just the same, difference is the look. After all these trucks came with 15" wheels, many still run them & all looks fine.

well ya your right on that part, i was just meanin as far as big wheels go. 16s look good whith the right tire on them, but i like the bigger wheels too and after lookin the 17s and 18s didnt seem big enough almost.

Just all depends on if you prefer more wheel look or more tire.

Thought I would revive this thread. I am getting closer to the wheel purchase and really want to know what back spacing is working on the CV front end. I am hoping to squeeze in a 18x9 on the front. So post up pics, wheel info like size and offset please...

What is your offset on the back wheels. Also what tire sizes are running on the front and back?
