Usually the first things that fail on these trucks are the hood hinges. A small piece of steel about 3 inches long with 1/2" holes in each end go flying from lack of lubrication. It's nice to see your truck with the hood sitting flat like it should and not sitting up in the back about 1 1/2". Good luck if you make it your next project but you might wish to change out the cab. The cabs on the 64, 65, and 66's are slightly different though as they are squared off above the doors and not rounded off like yours.

LMC trucks is advertising an available complete floor pan for these trucks now, a bit pricey, and who knows what the quality is like. Even so, it's nice that there is some new sheet metal for these trucks. I like this body style almost as good as the bumps.
