Thanks for the feedback, ok68crewcab! I got about 15 in my '70 F100 with the 302 and 3spd, too, so I'm ok with it. I run 93 octane in it because she seems to like it better. If gas goes back up to $4+ I'm going to feel the sting.

When I had mine what set me off was just how small it was. Interior width was similar to my '93 stang.
What's really nice is as long as early Mustangs are popular you'll have a source for most spare parts.

Nice ride you have there. I always thought those older cars gave a smooth ride.

You're right about that Jamie. It looks bigger than it really is. And the new hubs I bought were '65 Mustang hubs. I just wish the rest of the front suspension was interchangeable. The aftermarket on Mustang parts is huge but Fairlane specific not so much.
Yeah, Jimmy, she does ride smooth. Especially since I put new shocks and some fatter tires on her. At 70 mph she just floats over the road. Just better slow down for the curves! Quite a bit of body roll even with the factory sway bars.
