I do not see the diagram in the technical section for 4 Speed Trucks, only the 4x4.
Are one of the diagrams close enough to use for my 1970 4-Speed F100, 4x2?
I have a parts pile 1974 column and 1970 or earlier steering wheel from an earlier power steering conversion and I want to make sure that I have the correct parts to match up. I may keep the lower bearing style from '74 and utilize an aftermarket roller bearing, but just want to make sense of everything I have first.

I have seen the diagrams - which may be all that is out there - but I did not come across the article on chopping down the column, so thanks!390FE1972 wrote:You may have already seen these, and I'm not sure it will help you with your answer but here they are just in case:

This company is a good source of steering column parts, they used to do rebuilds. They might be a good place for asking questions on your rebuild.

Thanks 390FE1972. I looked up that company when I first bought my truck and started buying parts. I have almost everything at this point, so I will post what I figure out.
