I just did mine with a 12 ton press. I pulled out the interference bolts as mentioned above and set it up to use an impact socket to drive the pin out.

One side was easy, and the other required penetrating oil, careful heating with a torch and quite a bit of patience. We’ll see how the re-install goes!

Oh yeah, I made sure not to forget it. The previous owners apparently never greased them. They were both stuck in the I beam portion.

I ended tearing everything apart and replacing all the front bushings with poly bushings. The rubber was in worse shape then they first appeared. In a weel or so I will replace the drag link, inner, and outer tie rods for a complete front end rebuild.

Got rid of the rust, primed, and painted the I beams, and raidus rods before putting them back. It turns so easy when moving it feels like power stearing. Was even able to resolve the excess camber on the passenger side by shiming the king pins correctly.

I learned a lot, and started on the write up, and post a link to it when I post it. The T@C reamer is deffinetly worth it. It was a brezze to use.
