Post by mark72f100 »

Forgive me but I,m new to the forum and just bought my first F100. Why do people refer to the trucks as bumps?

Because of the style line down the side... it sticks out so it is a “Bump”

Extra credit the next series starting in 73 is a “Dent” because the style line goes inward and the 66 back don’t really have any major style lines and so are called “Slicks”... all three can be combined with “side” so Bumpside, Dentside, Slickside...
