Help with brake identification

So I dug into my brakes today and found out one of previous owners already did a front disk conversion can y'all help me identify what they are. I need new rubber lines and my rotors squeek like a mother. Photos in the link below

It looks like late 70s Ford parts .
Take the parts off and match them up at the parts store.
