Odd and Kitschy add-ons

So this thought came to mind when asking if Ford had installed any illumination for the gear selector display on the automatic columns. Busboy replied he had seen external lights to do this and I wondered what other "interesting" and oddball add-on's you have installed or observed on a bumpside? Include pics if you have them to verify. The 60's and 70's bore some very interesting ideas so I am sure there are still some survivors hanging on your trucks somewhere! Post away.
