Please help

Post by chicof100 »

Not sure of what it is. The guy I bought it from says its a 1967 I want to put disk brakes all around. I also want it to get 25 mpg It's a barn find so I hope you guys can help. Will a 428 cobra fit? I have an auto tans in it, would this be a problem?

Help me.. I want to put a lift kit, or I might want to lower it, I don't know what to do with it, but you guys seem knowledgeable. Sort of!! Can you guys lead me in the right direction? It has a small carb, probably a two barrel, the block has 352, is this a casting number? I don't want to spend more than $50.00 on this thing. I would like to sell it for $5000.00 that's what NADA says it's worth. I bought it for $50.00 it has a little rust not much. Floor pans right and left. Cab corners, doors and bed, oh core support is shot. What's a core support? Anyways who can help me? I'll buy you a six pack of your favorite drink.

Forgot to mention, the top is leaking above the doors. Who can help? Is this bad? When driving it home, the left front wheel fell off, I was able to put it back on with wire.

The worst thing is, it has the wrong hood emblems, can I fix this? I'm on a budget.

I hope the post above is a result of alcohol intoxication or an extreme case of sarcasm. If the latter, I can totally understand as some cannot seemingly even fight their way out of a wet paper bag and that is of significant concern for the future of this country.

Wha.....? This post sounds very confused. Maybe the post-er will re-submit a bit more information and more structured question vs shotgunning every idea under the sun and hoping for feedback? I'm hoping this had less of a serious nature to it because I found the post to have some serious comical value.

Chicof100 is just being funny, mimicking a typical post from a youthful first time poster. At least that's my assumption.

So true, I start reading posts from different sites and can't stop laughing. The "Youthful first time posters," or the ones who want to tackle everything at once just cracks me up.
So I figured if I asked the same questions, would I get help or would I get, what I got? Well you guys know what I got.
Sometimes you have to laugh at these questions or you'll explode.

Also, you forgot to type it as one long sentence with no punctuation. Those are my favorites.
