I use cooking oil to cut most of the grease on my hands then wipe hands with a paper towel. Easiest thing on the hands that I have found. After a day of work, washing hair and a good soak (about 15 minutes) will remove the residuals even beneath the nails and in the finger grooves.
So far as clothes, that the BOSS's responsibility. Any number of products generally will remove the grease. Just don't get it "set" by washing without pretreatment.
Best hand cleaner? Grease removal tips?
