I need some info on my truck first off I need to know where the vacuum lines are and my idle is a little rough it seems to have a split seconds worth of higher idle then it drops idle on and off while idling also it had a evil motorcraft tasty I can't seem to adjust properly. .I need help stat this is my first ford

Post a pic or two of your engine bay. Pretty simple to describe what they did in '68 if yours hasn't been buggered with. The Autolite / Motorcraft 2100 is a really simple carb to tune and adjust but you need a mechanically sound engine under it.
