1967 F100 why is it so hard to find A hood

Wonder why no one's making a 1967 F100 hood I called Dinnis Carpender and searched the web not having much luck

67 to 72 are exactly the same on the outside. The 67 has a little bit different support structure on the inside but any 67 to 72 hood will work.
