The words Ranger and Bronco were used in a news article I saw about Ford discussing with unions future products to fill the void at one of their plants when they move Escape production to Mexico in 2018.
The accompanying image in the story basically looked like a Sportrac based on the current Explorer line. Too bad if that is the way they go. I like, really like my 2015 Explorer XLT. But I would like to see Ford producing a Ranger more akin to the Nissan Frontier then to the new Chevy Colorado. As to a Bronco, I can't imagine Ford doing anything that would truly honor that line.

Re: Ranger - Bronco in the news
Well, I don't know about Ford, but I work at a factory that produces parts for Honda to use in their automobile seats. We had to take over production for the Mexican plant for many months because they couldn't handle their own production.
I just LOVE having to do my work and somebody elses, too.
