Indiana junkyards

Post by carneyboy91 »

I'm traveling for work and have some free time on my hands. Are there any good junkyards in Indiana to look through?

From my experience looking for good junkyards online is almost a joke at least for our old machines.

Also, Im from western maryland and would like anyones feedback on junkyards in western MD/PA and west by god virginia.

Most have gone to the scrapper here in central Indiana. It was slim pickings years ago, i doubt there's much left, or much left of what is left. The elements were hard enough on driving one on the road, when they did hit the boneyard i guess one thing that irritated me was, doors & hoods were always left open to the elements, within a year or so most everything was unusable.
