help with trim install for my 69 long box
I'm hoping someone can help me out? My long box is not drilled for the side molding and I'm trying to figure out what the spacing is for drilling the holes? Is there someone that has done this and can give me the spacing and size of holes to drill I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Good Morning,
Do you have the "molding clips" that attach to the bed side? If so, just use a drill bit that will work for the clip's stud.
As for spacing I can't help you but, I don't think it's critical. I would just equally space them.
Memory is failing me here, aren't the 2 end clips different from the middle ones?

Look on dennis-carpenter.com website and you will see a picture showing where the holes go.

Lee and hazelnut, thank you both for the help. I'll now order the trim and clips and get it finished for paint. What a great site this is..
