Portland, Or. Swap Meet

Post by rwilly »

This weekend is the Portland Swap. Should be a lot of stuff there. I am heading down Friday AM, I got a room in Wa for Friday Eve. then hit the swap for a few hours on Saturday then head back home.

Hopefully I can find a fan shroud or two.

Be there, or be SQUARE!

Just got back from the swap. It was a good time, lots of people, Friday weather was good, today had a rain storm come thru but it only lasted about 10 minutes. All in all, it was worth every penny. I went with my father and my younger brother.
I brought home for my 68 a- steering wheel, dash pad, heater motor/core, chrome wheels, clearance lights, and a gauge cluster.
I also got a 16" chainsaw, trolling motor, and a Stihl weed wacker.

I got it all for under $100.00!
It is all used of course, but it isn't too bad of shape. The steering wheel is cracked where the spokes meet the hub, But I figure I can putty that in and make it look alright.

Anybody else go?
